Job Opportunity: Coffee and Packaging Operations Assistant

We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on team member to join our coffee and packaging distribution operations.

Role Overview:
This is a dynamic role that includes two main components: deliveries and warehouse support.

Key Responsibilities:

Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday (6.30 - 1.30 / 2.30pm)

Deliveries:
Run 2/3 delivery rounds per week using a 1.5-tonne van (must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving a vehicle of this size).
Ensure timely, accurate, and professional delivery to our clients.
Warehouse Support (1–2 days/week):
Receive and check supplier orders.
Organize and manage stock efficiently to maintain a clean and functional storage space.
Support the preparation and packaging of roasted coffee.
Orders preparation and pick-up .
Represent TORObLACK with a positive, professional attitude when interacting with clients.
Requirements:
Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
Reliable and consistent in completing tasks to a high standard.
Physically fit and comfortable with some manual handling.
A proactive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed.

What You'll Be Doing:

Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
Receiving and checking deliveries.
Keeping our small warehouse tidy and well-organised.
2/3 delivery runs (vehicle provided) p/w.

What We’re Looking For:

A valid driver’s license
Great attention to detail
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Friendly, practical, and reliable
