In the role of Associate Director, you will join our Markets team that’s doubling down on owning it!

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Work in a customer-facing capacity alongside the Originations Team & Relationship Managers to deliver tailored interest rate risk solutions

Support structuring and execution of derivatives and complex deals, with exposure across technical and client-led aspects

Present solutions and strategies to clients, translating market insights into commercial outcomes aligned to their needs

Manage and support a portfolio of structured products, ensuring strong risk management and compliance alignment

Collaborate across Coverage, Markets and product partners to deliver seamless end-to-end execution and client experience

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

Strong stakeholder and client engagement capability, with confidence presenting and influencing outcomes

Experience in banking, ideally in a customer-facing or lending role with exposure to structuring or deal execution

Sound understanding (or strong appetite to build) knowledge of financial markets, derivatives and risk management

Analytical mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and translate these into tailored solutions

A Growth mindset, with strong learning agility and desire to upskill
