Creswick Woollen Mills is a proud family-owned business with almost 80 years of heritage. With a strong retail presence across Victoria and a growing online footprint, we are recognised as an Australian leader in natural fibre clothing, homewares, and Australian-made beds and accessories

An exciting opportunity has opened for an energetic and experienced Retail Manager for our luxury flagship Store in the heart of Camberwell.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Strong Leadership with a collaborative approach
A sales and customer service professional
Success in styling high end apparel and or homewares.
Proven success contributing to and/or managing store KPI's.
Highly organised and strong ability to carry out administrative duties, ability to follow direction
Enjoy building community engagement, growing and nurturing loyalty customers
Experience with VIP instore events

We require successful candidate to work one weekend day, or alternating weekends. For the right candidate, this role can be permanent part time, working 4 days a week. Salary will be pro-rata in this case.

We offer an immediate start with training for the ideal candidate.
