About the Role
Looking to kick-start your career in HR? This could be the perfect place to start.
We’re on the lookout for a People Services Analyst to join our People Shared Services team on a 12-month contract. You don’t need years of experience, what matters most is your curiosity, your willingness to learn, and your passion for helping people.
In this role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for employees and leaders across the business, helping answer HR-related questions and guiding them through everyday processes. From supporting system requests in Workday to helping someone understand a policy, no two days will be the same.
You’ll build your skills in case management, problem solving, and workplace legislation, while working alongside experienced HR professionals who will support your development along the way.
You’ll also get exposure to how a large organisation runs its HR operations, helping to identify trends, improve processes, and contribute ideas that make things simpler and better for our people. Whether it’s spotting ways to streamline tasks, supporting small projects, or learning about automation tools, you’ll be encouraged to get involved and grow your capability.
If you enjoy solving problems, helping others, and being part of a fast-paced, supportive team, this role is a great stepping stone into a long-term HR career.
About You
You might be a recent graduate or early in your HR career, either way, you’re keen to learn and build your career.
You’re naturally curious and enjoy figuring things out. When faced with a question you haven’t seen before, you take a structured approach, ask questions, and work towards a solution. You’re organised, able to manage a few tasks at once, and take pride in getting the details right.
You’re also someone who enjoys helping others. You communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and stay calm when things get busy.
A bit of experience with HR systems (like Workday) or Microsoft Office is helpful, but not essential, we’ll support you to learn. What’s more important is your mindset and willingness to pick up new tools, including emerging tech that helps us work smarter.
If you’re looking for a role where you can learn fast, gain hands-on HR experience, and be part of a team that genuinely supports each other, we’d love to hear from you.
