Position: Administration Assistant
Reporting to: General Manager
Department: Administration
Location: Geebung
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $30 - $40/Hr + Super
Performance Pay: Yes
Job Status: CLOSED

Requirements (expected proficiencies):
Excellent communication skills across all platforms (phone, email, in-person, chat)
Detail Oriented with the ability to demonstrate a keen eye for errors and omissions
Proven experience working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and KPI’s
Experience in various software and familiarity with computers & technology in general
Inventory management ensuring that necessary supplies are consistently available

Liaising with Operations and Warehouse crews to ensure a seamless delivery process
Managing consumable re-ordering for optimal inventory levels
