THE ROLE
As a Procurement Officer, you’ll keep the engine running: managing supplier onboarding, purchase orders, contract records and tender coordination. You’ll be the go-to for procurement queries, ensuring accuracy, compliance and consistency across the business.

Day-to-day you will be (but not limited to):

Managing purchase orders, invoices and procurement records across the business
Maintaining supplier and contract registers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Coordinating supplier onboarding, screening and ongoing compliance checks
Supporting RFP and tender processes, including documentation and coordination
Tracking supplier performance, contracts and procurement activity
Preparing spend analysis and reporting to support decision-making
Acting as the first point of contact for procurement queries

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

2–3 years’ experience in procurement, contracts admin or similar
Degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain or related discipline (desirable, not essential).
Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Clear communication skills and stakeholder confidenceAnalytical mindset with experience working with data and reporting
Proactive, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
