About the role
We are recruiting for a variety of kitchen opportunities ranging from Commis Chefs and Cooks through to Chef de Partie, Sous Chefs and senior kitchen professionals.
Working within fast-paced and high-volume kitchens, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food while maintaining strong kitchen standards, organisation and teamwork.
Depending on your experience and grade, your responsibilities may include:
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high-quality dishes
- Assisting with kitchen operations and service
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Managing stock control and ordering
- Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen staff
- Working collaboratively with Head Chefs and venue management
- Contributing to menu development and daily specials
Positions are on a permanent basis, with rosters including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Skills & Experience
Successful candidates will ideally possess:
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) for Chef positions
- At least 1 year or more previous experience in high-volume kitchens, pubs, bistros or restaurants
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and presentation
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays
- Passion for hospitality and producing quality food
