Your Role: As our Director, you will spearhead our center's vision, overseeing its daily operations, curriculum development, and team leadership. Your role will encompass a healthy mix of on and off the floor duties creating a stimulating learning environment, fostering positive relationships with children, families, and staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and payroll responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership to promote a culture of learning and growth.
- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that align with early childhood standards.
- Nurture a supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Forge strong connections with families, creating a sense of community and trust.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, compliance and licensing requirements.
- Continue building on our QIP.
- Manage rosters, family accounts, centre budget and payroll.
Requirements:
- Above all a cheerful and positive attitude!
- Demonstrated experience in a directorship role within an early childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and education principles.
- Excellent time management, communication, organizational, and managerial skills.
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
