Detailed JD below: Senior Data Test Analyst
Purpose of the role : Responsible for leading the Resolution Life Data & Reporting Testing projects which includes test delivery of projects. Work with Program Test Manager and Test Leads to develop Test Strategies, Test Plans, and act as a point of contact for Testing deliverables on a daily basis. Manages a small team of test analysts for testing delivery for a program or a project.

Focus areas
- Deliver Quality outcomes for projects through analysis, planning, creation and execution of Test scenarios, cases, and procedures.
- Ensure Resolution Life Testing Methodologies are adhered to throughout the SDLC.
- Provide detailed testing estimates for each project phase.
- Analysing business requirements for manual and automation development projects including traceability matrix, master planning of business scenarios, software review/ reliability analysis.
- Onshore Lead responsible for delivery of Application functionalities with end-to-end testing services of the project life cycle.
- Involved in generating daily, for the entire project by scheduling and chairing meetings (sprint planning, sprint retro, defect triages, SIT/UAT coordination)
- Liaise with business users, business analysts and developers to ensure that planned testing meets their requirements.
- Acquire and analyse all relevant documents for assigned projects to determine testing requirements.
- Consult on testing matters to business and IT project managers.
- Track progress of allocated test designs and test cases to ensure testing deadlines are adhered to
- Hold workshops to aid the sign off of testing deliverables and ensure stakeholders are kept informed of testing progress.
- Monitor defects outstanding and escalate in accordance with set procedures.
- Chair project test team meetings to discuss risks/issues and testing progress.

- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and processes.
- Extremely agile and adaptable to fast paced working environment.
- Strong ETL and SQL scripting technical background.
- Strong Control M / job schedulers
- Very proficient in waterfall and agile testing methodologies.
- Advanced user JIRA and Confluence Tool set.
- Strong Stake holder management behaviours.
- Extensive experience within data warehousing, data integrity concepts and reporting
- Extensive knowledge and experience with software development life cycles and process including Azure DevOps, GitHub.
- Extensive experience with ETL tools - Informatica
- Extensive experience with automated data warehouse regression testing approaches.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, consulting and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organisation and both internal and external customers.
