Mechanical All Rounder – Esperance WA
Elpha is looking for a motivated and reliable all rounder with strong mechanical skills to join our team in Esperance, WA.
This role is primarily responsible for maintaining and servicing our fleet of Isuzu trucks, skidsteers and light vehicles, while also assisting operations during busy seasonal periods carrying out grain covering and related work.
We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in keeping equipment running reliably, and is happy to be part of a small hardworking team.

What We Are Looking For
- Heavy diesel, agricultural, mechanical fitting or relevant all-round mechanical experience
- Ability to service and maintain Isuzu trucks (FRR & NPS), skidsteers and light vehicles
- Someone happy to spend time outside the workshop working alongside operations crews, particularly during the harvest/summer period
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload and time effectively
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to support maintenance priorities and operational requirements
- MR Licence highly regarded
