About the Role
Skyspan Australia is seeking a reliable and motivated Window Assembler/ Glazer / Fabricator to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a full-time position, working 5 days per week, with a minimum of 38 hours, possible overtime available.
The primary focus of this role is the assembly of Glazed Assemblies and associated Sheet Metal products, with assistance in fabrication tasks as required to meet production demands.

Key Responsibilities
· Glazing and general fabrication tasks as required
· Assembly of sheet metal and skylight products
· Operating basic power tools and factory machinery
· Packing finished products for dispatch
· Assisting with powder coating processes and preparation
· Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
· Following work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
· Supporting general factory and process work depending on demand
Skills & Experience
- Experience using basic power tools (essential)
- Experience with sheet metal or glazing (advantageous)
- Factory, fabrication, or process work experience (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Available to work full-time (minimum 38 hours per week)
- Able to work reliably Monday to Friday
- English proficiency (preferred)
- Australian driver’s licence (preferred)
