About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in the industrial and manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate must possess excellent client relationship skills, extensive industry connections, and the ability to secure and manage major accounts immediately.
What We’re Looking For:
· Good character & integrity – trustworthy, dependable, and respectful.
· Strong work ethic and punctuality – reliable and committed to showing up every day.
· Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the industrial, manufacturing, powder coating, aluminium, construction, or related industry.
· Strong network and established relationships with potential customers, contractors, builders, fabricators, and commercial clients.
· Ability to communicate confidently and build long-term professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
· Well-presented, professional, and highly persuasive in business dealings.
· Preferably with extensive experience and industry exposure gained over many years within the sector.
· Demonstrated ability to immediately generate sales opportunities and bring in large-scale customers or projects.
· Strong negotiation, business development, and account management skills.
· Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and team management abilities.
· Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities when required.
· Preferably residing in Queensland (QLD), preferably within or near Brisbane/Rocklea area.
