Here to Help Support Services is a growing, values-driven provider delivering high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS participants and community clients. We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist based in or near Devonport, Tasmania, to join our expanding allied health team.
We are specifically looking for an OT who is available to provide regular face-to-face services across Devonport and surrounding areas, with the option to also complete telehealth work where appropriate.

About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist with Here to Help Support Services, you will provide assessment and therapeutic intervention to NDIS participants and community clients through regular face-to-face service delivery in Devonport and surrounding areas.
Depending on your experience and interests, your caseload may include children, adolescents and/or adults.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Functional capacity assessments
- Daily living and life skill development
- Sensory and emotional regulation strategies
- Assistive technology recommendations and reporting
- Home and community-based assessments
- NDIS documentation and progress reporting
- Collaborative care with families, support coordinators, providers and other professionals
- Goal-focused therapy aimed at building independence, participation and quality of life
About You
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist who is:
- Degree qualified in Occupational Therapy, Bachelor or Masters
- Registered with AHPRA
- Based in or near Devonport, Tasmania, or willing to travel regularly within the region
- Available to provide regular face-to-face services
- Experienced or interested in working within the NDIS environment
- Passionate about person-centred, strengths-based practice
- Skilled in communication and collaboration
- Motivated, organised and reliable
- Comfortable working autonomously, with support available when needed
Experience across any practice area is welcome. We are open to clinicians with interests in paediatrics, adults, functional assessments, assistive technology, psychosocial disability, daily living skills, community participation or broader NDIS-related therapy.

Salary & Engagement
This is a flexible casual or subcontract role, with the opportunity to transition to part-time or full-time employment as the caseload grows and depending on your interest.
We offer competitive hourly rates between $90–$140 per hour, reflective of experience, scope, and engagement model.
Employment or subcontract arrangements are available depending on preference.

Regular face-to-face service delivery in Devonport and surrounding areas is required.
