This is a great opportunity for those based in the Bendigo region seeking a role close to home. Due to shift work requirements, we encourage applicants to consider their commute and availability.

This is a Permanent Part Time role, with shifts as follows:

Week 1: Tuesday – 14.00- 19.00pm

Week 2: Wednesday – 14.00 - 19.00pm

* shifts remain constant every fortnight as listed above

About the Role

In this hands-on and rewarding role, you’ll deliver fun, engaging lifestyle activities that help residents feel connected, valued and supported.

Alongside some aspects of personal care, you’ll spend meaningful time with residents — getting to know their interests, supporting their wellbeing, and creating activities that bring enjoyment to their day.

Please note: Internally, this role is known as Personal Care Worker – Wellbeing .

Experience & Skills

Experience as a PCA, or previous experience in a Lifestyle role
Interest in lifestyle, wellbeing or activity-based work
Ability to engage residents in meaningful activities
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to follow care plans and resident preferences
Team player with a collaborative approach
Genuine passion for resident wellbeing
Certificate IV in Lifestyle & Leisure (or similar) highly regarded
