We’re looking for an organised and proactive Document Controller to support our BESS project teams, working closely with Project Managers and Engineers in a fast-paced, collaborative, and international environment.
What you’ll do:

Support Project Managers in delivering BESS projects on scope, time, and budget

Coordinate, collect, and distribute project documentation with internal teams and subcontractors

Manage project documentation using DMS platforms (SharePoint, Aconex, InEight, 3DExperience, etc.)

Maintain execution deliverable registers and track submissions
-
Coordinate document reviews, approvals, version control, and project registers
-
Prepare, format, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence

Organise and support project meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action registers

Support audits, project handovers, and close-out documentation
-
Contribute to continuous improvement of document control and project processes
What we’re looking for:

2–5 years of experience in document control, administration, or similar roles
-
Experience supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
-
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills required)

Experience with Document Management Systems (Autodesk Docs/Autodesk Forma, SharePoint, Aconex, InEight or similar platforms)

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities

Professional discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
Nice to have:

Experience in engineering, construction, or energy sectors

Diploma or Certificate IV in Administration, IT, or related fields
