Major Accounts Manager – Western Australia

About the Role

We are looking for a commercially driven Major Accounts Manager who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategic B2B sales and customer growth.

This isn't a traditional sales role. You'll work with some of Western Australia's leading manufacturers and fabricators, helping them improve their businesses through innovative aluminium systems, digital solutions and smarter ways of working. Leveraging modern CRM technology, AI-enabled tools and Capral's national technical expertise in aluminium systems and manufacturing, you'll identify opportunities, solve complex customer challenges and create long-term value for your customers.

Based in Perth and reporting to the National General Manager, you'll enjoy a high degree of autonomy, managing your own territory while making commercial decisions that directly influence customer success and business growth. We're looking for someone who is self-directed, organised and comfortable taking ownership, while remaining highly connected through modern collaboration tools and supported by our local customer service team.

Success in this role comes from understanding your customers' businesses, uncovering growth opportunities and becoming a trusted commercial advisor—not simply selling products. You'll collaborate across sales, technical, marketing and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions that strengthen customer performance and expand Capral's market position.

You will be responsible for some of Capral's largest and most strategically important customers across Western Australia.

What We’re Looking For:

A self-motivated professional who can plan, structure and take ownership of their territory
A strong commercial mindset, with experience managing a sales portfolio and achieving KPIs
Demonstrated success managing and growing major customer accounts
Demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers and build long-term commercial partnerships
Experience in technical or solution-based selling (transferable skills from related industries are welcome)
Exposure to aluminium systems, window and door products, or the building industry is highly regarded
A confident communicator with a proactive, relationship-driven approach
A valid driver’s licence

We are open to candidates currently working in the aluminium extrusion industry who have a passion for technology, consultative selling and driving better customer outcomes. Above all, your ability to build strategic relationships, embrace innovation and deliver commercial results is what will set you apart.
