The Role:
Adbri Quarries is seeking an experienced Mobile Crushing Operator to join our Rockbank Quarry team in a permanent full-time role. This is a hands-on quarry and production role operating across mobile crushing plant equipment, loaders, excavators and articulated haul trucks within a close-knit and supportive team environment.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day production of aggregates used across our operations throughout Victoria.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate mobile crushing plant equipment safely and efficiently

Operate loaders, excavators and articulated haul trucks
-
Feed and oversee crushing plant operations

Load internal and external road trucks with aggregate products

Conduct daily pre-starts and shutdown procedures

Assist with basic troubleshooting and plant inspections

Maintain housekeeping and safety standards across site

Work collaboratively with the Site Manager and Leading Hand
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am – 4.30pm (Saturday 6am – 12noon as required)
What you’ll bring:
We are looking for operators who understand the industry, enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a stable long-term operation with a strong team culture. To be successful, you will ideally bring:

Previous quarry, crushing or mobile plant operating experience

Current Loader and/or Excavator ticket (highly regarded)

Articulated Haul Truck ticket or willingness to be trained

Strong safety awareness and understanding of risk management
-
Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify basic plant issues

Ability to work both independently and within a team

Reliable, hardworking attitude and willingness to learn

Comfortable working in a quarry environment and an outdoor role working in all weather conditions
