As an Associate Research Fellow, you will:

Design and conduct high quality, collaborative research with industry partners to improve outcomes for people with complex physical needs
Translate evidence into practice through service evaluation, innovation, and real-world implementation
Build strong partnerships with Kids+ and Cerebral Palsy Education Centre (CPEC) to deliver impactful, solution focused research projects
Produce high impact outputs including publications, reports, and presentations with mentorship from senior researchers
Contribute to a dynamic research team while developing your skills and growing your research career

To be successful, you’ll have:

PhD in a relevant discipline and/or equivalent qualification, experience and demonstrated research in allied health, disability, health sciences or a related field
Evidence of emerging research through publications and or other scholarly outputs relevant to the discipline
Ability to conduct impactful research and contribute to community engagement and meaningful improvements
Capacity to contribute across research, teaching, and administrative activities within a collaborative team environment
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build effective relationships; experience in allied health, disability, and or paediatric settings is highly desirable
