PARKROYAL Parramatta are currently seeking a casual Commis Chef to join our enthusiastic team on casual basis. Reporting to the Sous Chef, this is a great opportunity to work within a strong team to develop your career in a supportive, fun and customer focused environment.

The successful candidate will:

Maintain high standards of food production and presentation
Show initiative renew menu ideas and recommend cost saving measures
Ensure that all work practices in the kitchen adhere to WHS & HACCP requirements
Organize food production in accordance with the production list, function sheets and other special requirements

Ideally you will have:

A passion for the industry
Be committed & reliable as well as creative and able to multi task
Self-motivated
Previous experience in a similar role with experience in A-La-Carte and Banquet Kitchen Operations
