Job Description

We're seeking a Studio Manager to join our team in Melbourne! In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting our Regional Manager, Practice Leaders, and Principals. Your primary focus will revolve around the smooth administration and management of our studio.

Here's what you'll be responsible for:

Manage day-to-day studio operations, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency within our Business Support team. You'll also oversee premises management to maintain an optimal work environment.
Collaborate closely with our Practice Leaders to achieve top-notch project outcomes and foster a thriving work environment for our talented teams.
Commit to embodying and promoting HASSELL's core values.

Qualifications

Experience in a similar role as a studio or office manager for a large and diverse workplace, ideally gain in architecture, design, or similar sectors.

The ideal candidate for this role embodies a comprehensive set of skills and qualities:

Exceptional leadership skills that inspire and guide teams effectively through challenges.
Demonstrates initiative, forward planning, and a strong sense of responsibility for tasks and outcomes.
Excels in collaborative environments, engaging effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Possesses a high level of business insight, specifically within the construction or design sector.
Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for seamless interaction across all levels.
Capable and willing to coach and mentor others, contributing significantly to team growth and development.
