ABOUT US
We are Australia’s leading K-Beauty and cosmetics retailer, with 13 stores across the country, bringing top Korean and global brands to local customers. We’re passionate about beauty, service, and creating inspiring in-store experiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re excited to welcome passionate, customer-focused team members to join our LaCosmetique store at Castle Towers and Rouse Hill. As a Retail Sales & Beauty Advisor, you’ll deliver exceptional service, share expert product knowledge, and help customers discover the best in K-Beauty, skincare, and cosmetics. Both Part-time and Casual Role available.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Create a warm and welcoming environment for every customer
Engage with clients to understand their beauty needs and recommend suitable products
Demonstrate product features and share skincare and makeup advice
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with beauty trends
Ensure the store is beautifully presented and fully stocked
Assist with stock replenishment and store operations
Support the Store Manager with daily retail and administrative tasks

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Previous retail or beauty sales experience (cosmetics, fashion, or skincare preferred)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs in a retail environment
A passion for beauty and helping customers feel confident
A keen eye for detail and flair for visual merchandising
Reliable, positive, and enthusiastic attitude with great teamwork
Must available at least 3 full days per week
