Develop & grow your team through training, coaching & leadership programs.
Ensure smooth venue operations—managing venue presentation, cleanliness & operational efficiency so every customer has an exceptional experience.
Collaborate with Support Office teams to execute national strategies & bring the BOUNCE experience to life.

What You Bring to the Team

A strong sense of ownership—you lead from the front, take accountability & make things happen.
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment (hospitality, retail, fitness, recreation, or similar).
A passion for developing young teams, with experience leading, coaching & mentoring 16–24-year-olds.
Exceptional communication skills, with a proactive, solution-driven approach to challenges.
Customer-first thinking—you thrive on creating magic moments & ensuring every guest leaves with an incredible experience.
Resilience & adaptability—you stay cool under pressure, embrace challenges & bring positivity every day.
