Servcore is earnestly seeking a Service Technician (Electronic Equipment Trades Worker) to join our hard-working and supportive team.

Job Details: Full-Time, 38 hours per week.

Location: Unit 8 5-7 Meridian Place Bella Vista NSW 2153

Salary: $83,200.00 - $98,000.00 per annum + Superannuation

Key Responsibilities:

Examining and testing machines, equipment, instruments and control systems to diagnose faults
Adjusting, repairing, and replacing worn and defective parts and wiring, and maintaining machines, equipment and instruments
Reassembling, test operating and adjusting equipment
Advising users of correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions
Receiving messages by interpreting code and converting to plain language, and writing and typing messages for transmission
Monitoring radio traffic, and transmitting and receiving voice messages
Installing electronic instruments and control systems
Applying knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic principles in commissioning and maintaining control systems

Main Tasks:

Represent Servcore professionally at all times, maintaining a high standard of presentation and compliance with company uniform requirements.
Attend and complete client service requests within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes.
Work effectively both independently and collaboratively across project and service teams.
Safely operate electrical testing equipment and tools in accordance with company procedures, Safe Work Method Statements and workplace safety requirements.
Diagnose and rectify faults at client sites, with a focus on achieving first-visit resolution where possible.
Maintain accurate records, including job status updates, field service reports, timesheets and relevant site documentation.
Promptly report operational issues, safety concerns, site changes and other matters that may impact service delivery or client satisfaction.
Perform any other reasonable duties as directed by management.

Essential Skills:

Strong communication skills;
Strong knowledge of most commonly used security equipment.

Relevant Experience and Qualifications:

At least two years of on-the-job training/experience
Current drivers licence
