We’re looking for a Part Time Team Leader to support our store teams and regularly step into a leadership role. In this position, you’ll lead shifts more frequently, support day-to-day store operations, and guide team members to deliver great customer experiences — particularly during periods when a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is not in-store.

This role is well suited to someone on a pathway toward retail management, with the potential and motivation to grow into future leadership roles. Training and development will be provided to support you in building your leadership capability.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading shifts and supporting the smooth operation of the store
Supporting and guiding team members to follow store operational and safety processes
Acting as a point of contact for the team when management is not present
Assisting customers and delivering friendly, helpful service
Operating registers and handling transactions
Stocking shelves and maintaining store presentation
Supporting day-to-day store operations and priorities

What you’ll bring:

Previous retail experience and exposure to team leadership (preferred)
A reliable and confident approach to work
Ability to support, guide and influence team members on shift
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
Ability to lift and move stock up to 16kg and use ladders safely
Availability to work across weekdays, weekends and peak trade periods based on store requirements

Training will be provided to support you in the Team Leader role.
