About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a couple of motivated junior team members to join our team. This role is ideal for high school students looking for part-time work after school.

Shifts generally start from 4:00 pm, 3 days a week:

Wednesday
Thursday
Friday

What You’ll Do:

Prepare and serve delicious bubble tea drinks and other beverages
Keep the shop clean, organised, and welcoming
Assist customers in our internet café
Help add money to member accounts and turn on computers and PlayStations for guests
Monitor internet café usage and maintain a smooth experience for customers
Take orders, process payments, and assist with customer enquiries

What We’re Looking For:

Positive attitude and friendly customer service skills
Willingness to learn — no prior experience needed
Basic confidence using computers and helping customers
Dependable, punctual, and a team player
Organised and neat presentation
Good communication skills
