What You’d Be Doing In This Role
At Bureau, change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So, this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.
The Channel Account Sales Manager is responsible for building and managing indirect sales partnerships for Bureau. There include sales facilitated through Office Furniture Dealers, RFPs, Designers, Architects, and other partner channels.
The Role
Ultimately, success in this role is reflected in steady growth in Bureau Booths sales to indirect customers month over month. Achieving this entails maintaining top-of-mind awareness among dealers, architects, and designers. The real magic lies in how we maintain that awareness – high-value touch points, lunch and learns, product updates, providing valuable information, and promptly addressing queries.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of Sales Experience: We seek candidates with a proven track record of at least three to five years in sales role, demonstrating expertise in achieving sales targets, strategic planning and relationship building
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities are essential for effectively engaging with partners, understanding their needs, and fostering long-term collaborative relationships.
- Analytical Aptitude: Proficiency in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and deriving actionable insights is crucial for driving informed decision-making and optimizing sales strategies.
- Proven ability to build, develop, and maintain strategic partner relationships that drive revenue growth and mutual success.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify channel opportunities, assess partner performance, and execute growth plans.
- Ability to manage multiple partner accounts simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Skilled in pipeline management, forecasting, and leveraging CRM systems to track partner engagement and business outcomes.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Customer Success teams.
- Results-Driven Attitude: The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, target-oriented, and dedicated to achieving and surpassing sales goals, with a relentless focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the workplace industry or related sectors is a plus, however, any energetic and keen candidate who can demonstrate effective navigation of the landscape and can identification of key opportunities will perform well.
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $110,000-$115,000 AUD annually, depending on factors such as relevant experience, industry expertise, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
Compensation is determined through a comprehensive assessment of each candidate's background and market benchmarks. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in company bonus, commission, and benefits programs, where applicable. (Total compensation package $110,000 - $165,000).
