Full Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join the Customer Success team.

You will be responsible for driving customer value within the SaaS security platform — advising on solution usage, acting as a subject-matter expert on SaaS security challenges and best practices, and serving as the voice of the customer internally to provide product and engineering feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer experience and technical assistance.
Manage multiple customer requests, inquiries, and issues of varying complexity and priority.
Take ownership of complex scenarios/issues, collaborating with engineering, product management, and sales to deliver outcomes.
Ensure customers are successfully onboarded, enabled, and fully integrated into their workflows.
Improve customer knowledge and adoption through documentation, guides, and live/recorded training sessions.
Identify and deliver opportunities to improve how customers are supported (process improvements, tools, prototypes).
Create and deliver Account Health Checks and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Qualifications & Skills Must-Have:

Experience: 2–6 years in customer success, TAM, technical support, or related roles.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong blend of communication skills (verbal & written) and technical expertise to serve as a field-facing technical ambassador.
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and manage strong customer relationships.
Background in cybersecurity, particularly cloud & SaaS security.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests while delivering timely results.
Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms: Google Workspace/GSuite, Microsoft 365/O365, Okta, Duo, etc.
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and middleware.
Understanding of web authentication methods: tokens, OAuth, SAML, etc.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred):

Software engineering or scripting skills (Python).
Experience in incident response, threat triage, log analysis, and data correlation.
Prior exposure to account management or customer success within cybersecurity/SaaS companies.

Shift: Primarily AUS hours, but must be open to work in other shifts depending on business requirements.
