Full Job Description

We are looking for a Full-time Content Creator (Marketing) for our business Countryside Solar at QLD 4405. Package - AUD $70,000 – $80,000 per annum (plus superannuation) annually.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and target markets

Create engaging content for digital channels including the company website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Business

Produce high-quality written content: blog articles, case studies, testimonials, e-newsletters, press releases and project spotlights

Design and produce digital and print marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners and social media graphics

Shoot and edit photography and video content for installation showcases, customer stories and promotional campaigns

Manage and grow the company's social media presence, including scheduling, community engagement and performance reporting

Develop and maintain the company website (content updates, landing pages, SEO optimisation)

Conduct keyword research and implement search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies to increase organic traffic

Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with budget management and performance tracking

Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, social insights) and prepare monthly marketing performance reports for management

Coordinate with external contractors (graphic designers, web developers) and manage creative briefs

Represent the Countryside Solar brand consistently across all communications and touchpoints

Support lead generation activities by creating targeted content for specific customer segments

Stay current with solar industry trends, competitor activity and digital marketing best practices

Minimum Qualifications

AQF Bachelor's degree

Minimum relevant Experience of 2-3 year required.
