About the role

This role is suited to entry-level candidates or those with administrative experience looking to develop their skills in customer service and service coordination.

Working closely with our Client Services team, the role focuses on managing service jobs from initial request through to completion, including customer communication, technician coordination, invoicing, and supplier liaison.

This is not a traditional administrative role — it involves coordinating service work, managing competing priorities, and working closely with technicians and clients in a fast-paced environment.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated candidate to join a reputable organisation and build a long-term career within the business.

Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Computer literacy, including Word and Excel
Good verbal and written communication skills
A professional and confident phone manner
Strong attention to detail
Accountable, reliable and proactive approach
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise competing demands
Strong organisation and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Some experience in service administration or coordination will be well regarded, however we are willing to train the right candidate.

Duties & Responsibilities

The role includes, but is not limited to:

Receive and assess service requests (phone and email)
Raise and manage service jobs through to completion
Coordinate technicians, including scheduling and job requirements
Review and approve service reports prior to invoicing
Update customers on job progress and manage expectations
Obtain and compare supplier pricing for parts
Order and allocate parts to service jobs as required
Complete invoicing and job close-out
General administration and data entry
