Join the Civmec Team

Civmec is delivering major works on the Perth Parks Project a new entertainment and recreation hub being built on the Burswood Peninsula. We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Peggy to help maintain clean, safe and well‑presented site facilities for our workforce and client.

As a Peggy, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining hygiene, cleanliness and order across site facilities. You’ll support the team by ensuring crib huts, offices, ablutions and shared areas are kept to a high standard, while also assisting with general site duties as required.

The Role

Clean and maintain crib huts, offices and ablution blocks daily
Empty rubbish bins, replace liners and manage waste areas
Clean fridges and ice machines as scheduled
Replenish crib supplies (tea, coffee, consumables) and bathroom items
Liaise with the Project Administrator for ordering stock
Mop floors, clean air‑conditioning filters and wash vehicles as required
Complete Take‑5s, follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
Assist with spotting, yard duties and general labour tasks when needed
Report hazards, incidents or damaged items immediately
Support the team with other duties as directed by management

About You

To be successful in the role you will possess the following:

White Card
C‑Class driver’s licence
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Peggy in mining or construction
Strong work ethic and a positive, team‑focused attitude
Ability to work independently and maintain high standards
