Role Summary:

Location: Burnside PARC
Employment Type: Part-Time (32 hours/fortnight), Ongoing
Salary: P3, RPN4, MHSW4 or MHOT4 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging

About the role:

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Senior Clinician to join a dedicated multidisciplinary team at Burnside Prevention & Recovery Care (PARC).

Positively contribute to the multidisciplinary team, and contribute your expertise in clinical meetings, ensuring clinical standards of care are met.

Key responsibilities:

Participate in collaborative mental health assessment with Mental Health Community Support Services (MHCSS) staff and consumers.
Simultaneously work collaboratively with consumers, families, carers and MHCSS partner staff in the development, implementation and review of Individual Recovery Plans/Treatment Plans and provision of quality services.
Provide interventions in relation to complex clinical issues, including Dual Diagnosis, to improve consumer level of functioning and quality of life.

About you:

Excellent interpersonal skills plus the ability to communicate effectively with consumers, families/carers, colleagues and other service providers.
Commitment to ongoing professional self-development.
Well-developed skills in writing and an ability to promptly prepare case assessments, individual service plans, discharge summaries and other forms of documentation.
