Our client, headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a Senior Leasing Manager to drive strategic office tenant acquisition and management. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our expansion into new markets.
Job Title: Senior Manager, Leasing
Location: Perth, Australia
Department: Leasing
Job Description:
Source new office tenants and achieve premium rental rates.
Build, maintain, and strengthen business relationships with tenants.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and internal decision-making processes regarding space requirements.
Negotiate renewals, expansions, and consolidations for office tenants.
Create customer loyalty to improve retention and achieve rental rate premiums.
Administer tenancies, ensuring compliance with terms of agreements.
Provide annual work plans for tenancy agreement renewals and obligations.
Manage the process of renewal tenancy and agreements.
Oversee handover and takeover of properties.
Job Requirements:
Educational qualification in Real Estate preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the property industry, specialising in Office Leasing.
Good knowledge of real estate laws in various countries.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proven track record of successful leasing transactions.
Excellent leadership, entrepreneurial qualities, initiative, and drive.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
