Site Lead Salaries in New South Wales

A minimum of Diploma level qualification is required. Associate degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma or equivalent industry experience in this role.

$79,600 - $85,000 a year

A minimum of at least one (1) year of relevant full-time work experience in contract administration or a closely related role.

$80,000 - $100,000 a year

1-2 years’ experience in civil/structural infrastructure or building projects. Construction Induction (White Card) and Australian driver’s licence required.

$80,000 - $90,000 a year

Working closely with our landscape architects, you will play a key role in preparing design documentation and technical drawings to bring our projects to life.

White card and relevant trade certifications. Lead and mentor carpentry teams (2-4 tradespeople). Ensure workplace safety compliance across all sites.

Identify, report, and resolve site-related issues, initiating corrective actions to prevent non-conformance and ensure continual improvement.
