Maintenance Person Salaries in New South Wales

Completion of year 10 certificate / Year 12 equivalent. Carry out warehousing duties for equipment delivered and shipped to and from the facility.

$70,000 - $110,000 a year

As a Technician, you will be part of the team responsible for installing and ongoing care, upkeep, and operations of greenwalls, roofs and landscaping .

$35 - $40 an hour

Driver's licence (must have). Experience in garden maintenance, horticulture or landscaping is a bonus — not essential. Weed control and garden clean-ups.

$32 - $55 an hour

Real estate and strata maintenance. Previous handyman or maintenance experience. Flat-pack assembly and installations. Own tools and reliable vehicle.

$100 - $800 a day

A minimum of 1-2 years hands-on facilities/building management experience, or 3+ years in a transferable role such as project management, hospitality management…

$70,000 - $80,000 a year

Due to official residence functions and dinners, evening work may be required 1–3 times per week (Overtime allowance will be paid separately.).
