This is a 8 month fixed term contract
The Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a commercially minded and delivery focused professional to join our team on an 8-month fixed term contract. In this role, you will lead a critical transformation initiative focused on supplier onboarding, process optimisation, digital enablement and operating model enhancements to support the future of our supply chain capability.
Working collaboratively across Merchandise, Customer Offer Support, Supply Chain, Technology, Finance and external suppliers, you will deliver key milestones while embedding sustainable improvements, enhancing supplier experience and establishing future state ways of working across the business.
You Will Provide:
- Lead completion of supplier onboarding activities and drive delivery against project timelines.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve onboarding challenges and improve supplier experience.
- Map and redesign end-to-end merchandise and supplier processes to support future-state operations.
- Define business requirements and support solution design for supplier and digital platforms.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Lead optimisation of supplier-facing portals and digital experiences to improve engagement and adoption.
- Deliver workstream updates, risks and recommendations to leadership teams.
- Support successful transition of project outcomes into business-as-usual operations through governance and documentation.

About You:
- Demonstrated experience leading transformation, supply chain, operational improvement or business change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of merchandise operations, supplier onboarding and supplier management practices.
- Proven capability in process mapping, redesign and operating model development.
- Experience delivering cross-functional projects and managing competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across multiple business functions.
- Experience defining business requirements and producing process documentation.
- Exposure to automation, digital transformation, supplier platforms or ERP systems will be highly regarded.
- Experience within retail, FMCG, convenience or broader supply chain environments is advantageous.
