Clarkrubber Jandakot Wa is now hiring for a retail sales team leader with previous pool shop sales experience and supervising experience.

This role will require previous experience with team leadership and pool equipment and chemical sales. The applicant must have fantastic customer service and team leadership skills, a good understanding of pool equipment and chemicals of how they work. The applicant will also be required to work in other divisions of the store to assist at times but will be in-charge of the pool shop area.
This role will be full time and will include weekends, eventually a Tuesday to Saturday roster is the goal. This role will pay incentives for the KPI targets met.
This role requires the applicant to have the following skill set :
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Extensive knowledge of pool chemicals and equipment
- A proven sales background in industry
- Staff training and mentoring
- Multi tasking skills
- stock control and ordering capabilities
- KPI's target focused in sales and volumes
- accountability for the pool shop area
- Hands on leadership on floor
- Staff training sessions and goal focused
- Ability to grow the profit and sales in this department
The applicant must be available on weekdays and weekends for a 5 day roster per week from 9am - 5pm.
The applicant must be English speaking with computer skills and motivated in a team environment, able to build systems, train and meet sales targets.
