AKD is looking for a highly proficient and self-motivated IT professional, to join a fun, positive and collaborative team culture that delivers amazing service together, promoting a business-focused approach to IT Service Management, delivering high performing Service support functions including ITSM, Desktop, Infrastructure and Applications.
Working closely with key IT and business stakeholders, the ideal candidate will have proven experience in ITSM at Level 2 capacity, as well as strong knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and application support in an O365 environment.
The L2 IT Support Analyst is a national role that can be based at any AKD site across Australia. The position is primarily onsite with some opportunity to work remotely, and will require interstate travel from time to time.

Role:
We’re looking for a capable and customer-focused L2 IT Support Analyst to join our team. This is a hands-on, onsite role where you’ll be the primary escalation point for end user support — resolving hardware, software, and device issues for our people across corporate and operational teams.
You’ll work closely with senior infrastructure and network specialists, giving you exposure to enterprise-grade technology without being thrown in the deep end. If you enjoy variety, solving problems, and building genuine relationships with end users, this role is a great fit.
