With continued business growth, we are seeking for Retail Manager to oversee operations, lead our team, and drive consistent performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily retail store operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-focused service.
· Determine and manage product mix, stock levels, and display standards to reflect The Jerky Co’s premium brand image.
· Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing promotions, and visual merchandising to maximise profitability.
· Recruit, train, and supervise retail staff, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
· Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, sales targets, and expenditure control.
· Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and company policies.
· Analyse market trends and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement and business growth.
· Maintain effective communication with management and other retail locations to align with company goals and standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in business, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline
· Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a retail management role or similar
· Proven leadership and team management skills
· Strong analytical and organisational abilities
· Sound knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, and financial reporting
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Commitment to upholding The Jerky Co’s quality and safety standards
· Australian Driving Licence Preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
