About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Maintenance Planner and Scheduler to join our Infrastructure and Sustainability team.
In this role you will coordinate and optimise maintenance activities across key community assets like roads, stormwater, and signage.
Working closely with the Infrastructure Maintenance Team leaders you’ll bring structure, insight, and efficiency to how work is scheduled and delivered. You will be the go-to person for our asset management system, ensuring work requests, job plans, and preventative maintenance programs are accurate, up to date, and driving great outcomes for the community.
About You
You are an organised and proactive maintenance professional with experience in planning and scheduling maintenance activities and developing effective asset or maintenance plans.
You will have a solid understanding of infrastructure maintenance practices and a commitment to continuous improvement with experience using asset management and work order systems. You are confident analysing information, identifying issues, and implementing practical solutions.
You will also have
- Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, asset management, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of the whole of life infrastructure cycle within a public service authority.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
