What You’ll Do:
As a Support Worker with Diverse Universe Care Support, your role will include:
- Community access and social support
- Personal care and daily living assistance
- Supporting participants to attend appointments
- Skill development and capacity building
- Recreational activities and community participation
- Transport assistance
- Supporting participants in their home environment
- Meal preparation and domestic duties
- Documenting progress and completing daily shift notes
- Maintaining clean and safe environments
- Upholding professional boundaries and ethical conduct

Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Clearance
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (completed)
- Flu Records ( If Requird)
- Valid work rights in Australia
- Flexibility to work across all shifts: mornings, afternoons, active nights, and weekends

Position Type:

Pay Rate:
$34.58 – $44.00 per hour (Depending on experience and position type)
Shifts Available:
- Morning shifts
- Afternoon shifts
- Active night shifts
- Non-active night shifts
- Weekend and public holiday coverage
- Flexible hours and on-call options
Location:
Work is conducted in-person, at participant homes or supported accommodation settings in North Ryde NSW
