This role will work alongside the Neuromodulation sales team to provide expert clinical and technical support across our Deep Brain Stimulation therapy, partnering with clinicians to optimise outcomes and ensure safe and effective therapy delivery, while supporting the growth of neuromodulation therapies across the territory.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Clinical & Technical Support
Provide technical support during Neuromodulation device implantations, replacements, and follow-ups.
Perform device programming, interrogation, and troubleshooting.
Assist physicians and healthcare professionals with intraoperative and postoperative patient management.
Education & Training
Conduct training sessions for physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals on Neuromodulation products and therapies.
Educate patients and caregivers on device functionality and care.
Keep up-to-date with the latest Neuromodulation technologies, clinical evidence, and guidelines.
Sales & Business Support
Support the sales team with product demonstrations, trials, and technical expertise.
Collaborate with account managers to build strong customer relationships.
Provide feedback from the field to marketing and R&D teams.
Participate in conferences, workshops, and professional education events.
Compliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of clinical activities, case reports, and product usage.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and company quality standards.
Report product complaints and adverse events according to regulatory requirements.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field
Clinical experience with any type of neuromodulation, e.g. Deep Brain Stimulation and interventional pain management
Strong clinical and technical acumen
Analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously in high-pressure, hospital and field-based environments
