The Role You'll be out in the field servicing a wide range of commercial clients across Adelaide, trusted to manage your workday and deliver quality outcomes. Day to day includes:
- Service, maintenance, repair and installation of commercial HVAC/R systems
- Breakdown response and scheduled maintenance
- Accurate job and parts documentation
- Being the friendly, professional face of the business on site
Most work is metro Adelaide, with jobs allocated close to home where possible. Some regional work may be required. What We're Looking For
- Trade-qualified Commercial HVAC/R Technician
- ARC Licence
- Electrical Licence (B Class)
- White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Solid commercial experience, good communication skills and a reliable, proactive approach

Service, maintenance, repair and installation of commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning systems
- Attending breakdowns and scheduled maintenance jobs
- Accurately documenting time, repairs and parts usage
- Providing high-level customer service and representing the business professionally
- Managing and resolving customer issues where required
Typically 6-10 jobs per day, depending on complexity.
Work is allocated close to home where possible.
Hours & Roster
- Standard hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm (7.5-hour day)
- Early starts during peak summer periods with early finishes
- Overtime available where reasonable
- On-call and weekend rotation
- Monthly toolbox meetings
What We're Looking For
Essential requirements:
- Full Australian working rights
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- ARC Licence and fully trade-qualified
- Electrical Licence (B Class)
- White Card
Preferred but not essential:
- Working at Heights certification
Skills and experience:
- Proven commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, flexible and proactive approach
- Willingness to participate in overtime and on-call rosters
