Part-Time Audio Visual Installer
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Audio Visual (AV) Installer to join our growing team on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role for the right candidate.
About the Role
You will be involved in the installation, setup, and maintenance of a range of audio visual systems across commercial and residential projects. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys technical work, problem-solving, and working with technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure audio visual equipment including displays, projectors, speakers, amplifiers, video conferencing systems, and control systems.
- Run and terminate cables neatly and professionally.
- Assist with system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs on AV equipment where required.
- Work both independently and as part of a team on-site.
- Ensure installations are completed safely and to a high standard.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience in AV installation, cabling, or related technical fields.
- Strong practical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use hand and power tools confidently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Current driver's licence preferred.
Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded)
- Experience repairing electronic or AV equipment.
- Basic electrical engineering or electronics knowledge.
