Deliciae Detailing is a fast-growing premium car detailing business based in the Illawarra region. We specialise in full details, paint correction and ceramic coatings and we’re building a reputation as one of the best in the area. We’re a small, tight-knit team that takes quality seriously and we’re growing fast.We’re looking for a junior detailer to join our team at our Horsley shop. No experience necessary — we’ll train you in everything from the ground up. What we need is someone who turns up on time, follows instructions, takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about the result.This is a hands-on role working alongside our lead technician. You’ll be learning professional detailing techniques, product knowledge and our standard operating procedure from day one.What you’ll be doingAssisting with full interior and exterior details
- Learning paint correction and ceramic coating processes
- Following our job checklists and quality standards on every car
- Taking pre and post job photos for client records
- Keeping the workshop clean and organised
- Supporting the lead technician on all jobsWhat we’re looking for Reliable — you show up on time, every time

- Attention to detail — you notice the small things
- A genuine interest in cars is a bonus but not essential

Pay: $22,790.00 – $60,782.00 per year
