Dispatch and Sales Support Assistant
At New Farm Confectionery, we handcraft premium chocolate and confectionery from our Brisbane factory. The kind people give, share, and come back for, again and again. From golden honeycomb and chocolate-coated Australian nuts, to caramels, brittles and seasonal favourites, everything we make is done with care, consistency, and a deep respect for flavour and techniques.
New Farm Confectionery is looking for a capable, hands-on team member to support our team across sales, customer service, packing and dispatch operations.
This is a diverse role suited to someone who enjoys variety, can juggle multiple priorities, and is happy to jump in where needed. You’ll work closely with our Warehouse Manager, Sales Manager and wider team to help keep orders moving, customers supported, and communication running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting wholesale sales activity, including ongoing assistance for the Sales Manager
- Assisting with packing, dispatch and warehouse tasks
- Acting as 2IC support to the Warehouse Manager when required
- Owning customer service across email, website enquiries and Meta messages
- Responding to customer questions in the tone and style of the brand
- Helping resolve delivery issues and customer concerns with care and efficiency
- Working across different areas of the business as needed
- Please note, some heavy lifting may be required.
This role would suit someone organised, friendly and practical, with a strong customer focus and a willingness to help wherever needed. As a small business, attitude is everything.
