Vitium Cura Pty Ltd is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred support to a participant in Park Ridge, Queensland.

About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide personalised support tailored to the participant's individual needs, goals, and preferences.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Personal Care and Assistance with Self-Care Activities
- Community Access and Social Participation
- Daily Living Supports and Household Assistance
- Supporting skill development and independence
- Encouraging meaningful community engagement
- Providing emotional support while promoting choice and dignity
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes
- Working collaboratively with families, allied health professionals, and the Vitium Cura team

Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Experience supporting people with disability
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent (preferred)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card/WWCC, where applicable)
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable and roadworthy motor vehicle
- Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
