As one of our highly valued Lead Educator at C&K Amberley Community Childcare Centre, you’ll work alongside your team to create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and our wider community. C&K Amberley provides a nurturing environment where children develop strong bonds with educators and peers. Our centre fosters a sense of belonging, allowing children to thrive and build meaningful relationships. We implement a balanced program that combines structured play with freedom of choice, encouraging early learning and development across all areas. C&K Amberley is located on the grounds of Amberley District State School, providing a convenient and central location for drop off and pick up within ourcommunity.
- Permanent full time Lead Educator Position
- Monthly rotating roster from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm.
- 40 hours a week with a monthly RDO (Rostered day off)
- We are flexible with employment arrangements and open to considering both full-time and part-time candidates.

What you’ll bring
If you’re committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success!
We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
- Child Safety Training Certificate.
- A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
