Qualifications:
- Certificate III in aged care or individual/disability support
- NDIS Workers check
- Valid drivers license
- Car insurance and vehicle registration

- Completion of Highschool certificate (or equivalent)
Job Description:

- Ability to educate participants in basic numeracy and literacy
- Ability to educate participants in Sydney's public transport system

The role:
Duties and responsibilities:
- Care over participants that have learning disabilities
- Care over participants that have cognitive impairment
- Participants that require assistance in personal activities & in daily (household) tasks
- Aiding the participant to participate in their community - being able to drive and guide the participant to any outdoor activities
- Teaching the participant how to use public transport and attending outdoor settings
- Ability to teach basic numeracy & literacy
- Able to show respect, patience, and care towards all participants and other staff
- Good representation of ASAP Care services
Skills and experience:
- Demonstrates an ability to speak clearly and confidently
- Displays compassion and care
- Experience as a worker in any support work (NDIS, Aged Care, Hospital etc) - not compulsory but recommended
- Appropriate qualifications
