We are looking for a leader who places care at the centre of their leadership, and is able to assist the Executive Housekeeper in delivering Hyatt’s brand promise to our guests and colleagues.

The Role
Working closely with the Executive Housekeeper, you will ensure the smooth, efficient and profitable operation of the Housekeeping department, while achieving optimum guest satisfaction. You will lead with purpose and care, whilst delivering Hyatt’s brand promise to our guests and colleagues.
You are a motivated leader with a commitment to service excellence and have a strong understanding of hotel operations. You lead by example, communicate effectively and enjoy working in a constant fast-paced environment.
Our successful applicant will:
Have a minimum 1 year experience in a Housekeeping management role - within a premium or luxury hotel environment highly regarded
Demonstrate a strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service excellence
Have experience leading, developing and inspiring large and diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
Possess exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest presentation standards
Be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Have experience coaching, mentoring and developing team members
Be able to work a rotating roster across 7 days, including weekends and public holidays
Maintain a professional appearance and presentation at all times
Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and other relevant systems
