Mitchell + Beasley is looking for a Property Stylist to join our growing Newcastle team on a casual basis.
We prepare homes for sale through property styling, renovations, maintenance and interiors, and we're looking for someone with a great eye for presentation who can help us deliver beautiful, sale-ready homes for our clients.
The role
Depending on your experience, you'll be involved in:
- Styling residential properties for sale
- Selecting furniture, artwork, décor and accessories
- Preparing and planning styling installations
- Setting up and styling homes on installation days
- Working with our removalist and warehouse team
- Liaising with homeowners and real estate agents
- Helping manage styling stock and warehouse organisation
- Assisting with photography and content where appropriate
About you
We're looking for someone who:
- Has a strong eye for interiors, colour, proportion and presentation
- Is organised and able to work in a fast-moving environment
- Enjoys hands-on styling as well as the creative side of the role
- Communicates professionally with clients and agents
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Has a current driver's licence
Previous property styling experience is highly regarded, but we're also interested in hearing from emerging or junior stylists with relevant interiors, visual merchandising or design experience and a strong portfolio or eye for styling.
